Jazz Band

Jazz Band is an after school extra curricular that meets in the band room Mondays from 3:15- 4:30pm November-April. It is open to all students in grades 7-12. The group performs at the NMU Jazz Festival and puts on an annual fundraiser, the "Jazz it Up" silent auction and concert each spring at Gallery Coffee. In addition to performances for the school, the group has also performed for Lt. Gov. Gilchrist, Rep. Bohnak, and Excellence in Education.

Jazz Band is co-directed by Mrs. EJ Petersen.
